New Year, New Announcements!

A Touch of Magic

It’s Debut Year!

I’m going to keep this month’s newsletter short and sweet, because I have a few announcements to get through! You will likely be hearing from me more often in the coming months, as we are getting closer and closer to publication of Under the Dragon Moon, my debut novel! I have poured so much of my heart and soul into this book, and I cannot WAIT for you all to finally get ahold of it! That being said, here are a few exciting announcements!

Official Blurb Drop!

To break the thread of weaver’s fate, those who witness must weave anew…

Mael Nguyen doesn’t believe in fate, but he does believe in magic. His entire life revolves around the study of the arcane—spells and rituals, potions and illusions. Nothing to do with bloodlines and curses and birthrights he never asked for. As far as Mael is concerned, all he needs is a book in one hand and magic in the other. Anything outside of the comfortable bubble he’s made within his bookshop, hidden away in the streets of New Orleans, isn’t worth his attention. But when a strange human stumbles into his life and hires him for a job, bringing along his blinding smile and curious magic, Mael finds that Fate is just as dangerous as Magic, and she will not be ignored.

Leo Greyson refuses to believe in fate, but he desperately wishes to believe in magic. In the possibility of something better out there, of something amazing. As a small time rockstar, full time radio host, Leo has never been one to shy away from experience and adventure. He’s always lived his life on the edge—always moving, never standing still. But when his twin sister is murdered, and he gains custody of her strangely magical daughter, that constant motion comes to a screeching halt and changes directions. Instead, he is launched into the life of a grumpy old warlock who agrees to help him track down the thief who killed his sister, and the dragon egg he stole from her. Introduced to an entirely new world hidden right beneath his nose, Leo finds himself wondering if Fate really does exist, and if she’s led him right where he needs to be.

Early ARC Sign Ups!

That’s right! It’s ARC time, and as subscribers, you get early sign up for your copies!

What is an ARC?

An ARC is an Advanced Reader Copy. This means you get to read the book before its publication date. The main purpose of this is to get reviews in early and drum up some hype for the book itself. The more you love an ARC and talk about it or leave reviews, the more eyes get on the book before it's published.

Official ARCs will be sent out the first week of February, so sign up now to reserve your digital copy! (I might also be doing a drawing for a few physical ARCs as well, depending on interest level, so keep an out for that too!)

We’re on Goodreads!

It’s Goodreads official! Make sure to hop on and add Under the Dragon Moon to your bookshelves! If you’re signing up for an ARC copy, I would greatly appreciate it if you left an honest review after you’ve read the book!
